Our tea towels are made of 100% sustainable cotton. Cotton is a long-lasting natural vegetable fibre. It is perfect for towels as it naturally absorbs moisture, and the best possible material for polishing glass.   Along with linen, (which is more durable and therefore a little more expensive) it is also an excellent fibre for warm climate garments as it absorbs the body’s moisture and does not cling in hot weather, as much less absorbent synthetic fibres tend to do.
